Deposits & Withdrawals
Select Deposit in the navigation bar. You can deposit using skins or crypto. Your balance updates after the deposit is confirmed. See /help/deposits for step-by-step instructions.
Yes. Minimum deposit amounts vary by method and appear on the deposit page. These minimums help cover processing costs.
Processing time depends on the withdrawal method and current operational availability. Skin withdrawals are usually processed within minutes when inventory is available. Crypto withdrawals depend on liquidity and network conditions. See /help/withdrawals for full processing times and requirements.
A withdrawal can be delayed by a security or compliance review, unavailable item inventory, limited crypto liquidity, payment-provider or network issues, or account-verification requirements. Your request stays queued and can be completed when availability returns. Contact support if you need an update.
Item withdrawals depend on current inventory. If an item is temporarily out of stock, your withdrawal can be delayed until inventory is replenished through normal platform operations. You’ll be notified when the request can be completed.
Yes. A crypto withdrawal can be delayed, queued, or temporarily unavailable because of limited liquidity, wallet or provider availability, blockchain congestion, scheduled maintenance, or a compliance review. We process requests as quickly as operating conditions allow.
Games
CaseRush.gg offers case opening, case battles, coinflip, crash, roulette, jackpot, and upgrader. Each game has its own mechanics and strategies.
In a case battle, you compete with other players by opening the same cases. The player or team with the highest total item value wins every participant’s items.
Crash is a multiplier game: place a bet, watch the multiplier rise, and cash out before it crashes to lock in your winnings. Waiting can increase the potential return, but you lose the bet if the game crashes first.
Crystal mode is free to play: crystals have no cash value, so games can be played with them at no financial risk. Coin mode uses real value: coins are bought with skin or crypto deposits and can be withdrawn as skins or crypto after the withdrawal conditions are met.
Inventory
Items won in games are added to your CaseRush.gg inventory. Open it with the inventory icon in the navigation bar.
Yes. You can sell inventory items back to the platform at their current market value, which is added to your balance.
Item values are based on current market pricing and can fluctuate. The value shown when a transaction takes place is the value that applies to that transaction.
Provably Fair
Provably fair is a cryptographic system that determines every game outcome before your bet is placed and prevents it from being manipulated afterward. It uses server seeds, client seeds, and nonces to generate results you can verify.
Open the Provably Fair page and enter the game ID or round details. The verification tool shows exactly how the outcome was calculated. You can also verify it manually with the seed information.
Yes. You can change your client seed at any time from the Provably Fair page. Changing it reveals the previous server seed so you can verify all earlier rounds.
Responsible Gambling
Coin mode involves real value: coins are bought with skin or crypto deposits and are redeemable through withdrawals, so losses are real. Crystal mode is completely free and crystals have no monetary value. If you use Coin mode, set limits and never wager more than you can afford to lose.
Request self-exclusion from the Responsible Gambling page or your account settings. Self-exclusion temporarily blocks your access to every game for the period you choose.
