You must be at least 18 years old to use CaseRush.gg. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of this platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

CaseRush.gg offers two currencies: Crystals, a free-to-play arcade currency with no cash value (when crystal packs are offered, deposits include them too), and Coins, which are purchased via skin or crypto deposits and are redeemable through skin and crypto withdrawals subject to these terms.

You may only maintain one account per person. Creating duplicate or alternate accounts is prohibited and may result in termination of all associated accounts.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Do not share your login information with anyone.

CaseRush.gg reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts at its discretion, including for violations of these terms or suspected fraudulent activity.

Crystals are a virtual currency with no monetary value. You can never withdraw crystals, sell them, or exchange them for real money, goods, or services. You can get them for free, and when crystal packs are offered, deposits include them.

Coins are a platform balance acquired through deposits (skins or crypto). Coins can be wagered on games and redeemed via skin or crypto withdrawals, subject to the conditions in section 5 (including minimum amounts, wagering requirements, and verification). Coins are not legal tender, are non-transferable between users except through platform features, and carry no guaranteed exchange rate.

Item values displayed on the platform are based on market reference pricing and can change. CaseRush.gg is not responsible for fluctuations in item values.

CaseRush.gg reserves the right to adjust virtual currency balances, item values, and related systems at any time without prior notice.

All games on CaseRush.gg use provably fair algorithms. Every game outcome is cryptographically determined before bets are placed and can be independently verified.

Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or reverse-engineer game mechanics, algorithms, or systems is strictly prohibited.

Use of automated scripts, bots, browser extensions, or third-party software designed to interact with the platform's games is not allowed.

Deposit and withdrawal methods, limits, and processing times are subject to change. Current information is displayed on the respective platform pages.

First-card offers marked as conditional allow one bonus per account and eligible payment card across CaseRush and RustRush. Only the first card payment can qualify; changing cards later does not restart the offer. Card details must be entered directly; digital wallets and tokenized cards do not qualify for the extra. We verify eligibility after payment. A reused or ineligible card completes the normal purchase without the extra; a pending check does not add the extra to your balance. Existing reserved checkouts retain the terms shown when they were created.

CaseRush.gg reserves the right to request identity verification before processing withdrawals or at any other time.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to operational availability, including but not limited to current inventory levels, liquidity, provider availability, network conditions, and compliance or risk review requirements. Withdrawals are not guaranteed to be fulfilled instantly, even when the user holds a valid withdrawable balance.

Item withdrawals may be delayed or temporarily unavailable if matching inventory is not currently available for fulfillment. In such cases, the withdrawal request will remain pending until inventory is replenished through normal operational activity.

Crypto withdrawals may be delayed, queued, or temporarily unavailable due to liquidity constraints, wallet or payment provider availability, blockchain network conditions, scheduled maintenance, or compliance review processes.

CaseRush.gg will make reasonable efforts to fulfill withdrawal requests in a timely manner. However, fulfillment timelines are not guaranteed and may vary based on the factors described above.

Deposits made through fraudulent means will result in account termination and forfeiture of balance. CaseRush.gg cooperates with law enforcement when necessary.

CaseRush.gg runs a referral program in which players can invite friends with a personal referral link or code. Referral rewards follow the Referral Rules at /referral-rules, which set out who can take part, which deposits count and when rewards can be claimed. You accept the Referral Rules when you create or share a referral link or code.

Breaking the Referral Rules can cancel your referral rewards and pause your referral link and code.

Using more than one account, including to refer yourself, is handled under section 2 of these terms and can lead to the termination of all associated accounts.

CaseRush.gg may change, pause or end the referral program, including its rates and caps, at any time. The Refer & earn page and the Referral Rules always show the current rates and caps.

Users must treat all other users and staff with respect. Harassment, hate speech, threats, impersonation, spam, and other abusive behavior are prohibited.

You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms.

CaseRush.gg may take enforcement actions including warnings, temporary restrictions, or permanent bans for violations of these terms or platform rules.

All content on CaseRush.gg, including but not limited to design, code, graphics, logos, and text, is the property of CaseRush.gg or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this platform without express written permission.

CaseRush.gg is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CaseRush.gg shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

CaseRush.gg is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account, system outages, or third-party services.

Answers from the CaseRush.gg support assistant are written by AI and can be wrong, incomplete or out of date, so check anything important with our support team. An answer is information only: it is not a decision on your account, a promise, or an offer of credit, refunds or compensation.

CaseRush.gg reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.

Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for updates.

CaseRush.gg may terminate or suspend your access to the platform at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.

Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Any virtual currency or items in your account may be forfeited.

Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination (including limitation of liability, intellectual property, and dispute resolution) shall remain in effect.
