How to Deposit

Everything you need to know about adding funds to your CaseRush.gg account.

Deposit Methods

CaseRush.gg supports the following deposit methods:

Skin Deposits

Deposit CS2 skins directly from your Steam inventory via our trade bot.

Crypto

Deposit using Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, and other supported cryptocurrencies.

Skin Deposits

To deposit CS2 skins:

  1. Click the Deposit button in the navigation bar

    This opens the deposit modal with all available methods.

  2. Select 'Skins' as your deposit method

    Your Steam inventory will be loaded automatically.

  3. Choose the items you want to deposit

    Items are valued at current market prices. You can select multiple items.

  4. Confirm the trade offer

    A Steam trade offer will be sent to your account. Accept it in Steam to complete the deposit.

  5. Steam releases the items, then coins are credited

    Valve holds the items from an accepted CS2 trade for about 7 days before delivering them, so a CS2 deposit credits when Steam releases the items rather than the moment you accept. It then credits in full: Valve's reversal window has already run by the time the skins reach us, so there is nothing left to hold back. The Deposits page shows the release date for each deposit and counts it down. Nothing is required from you in the meantime, and a security review can still pause a release.

Full value, after Steam's hold: You always receive the full value of your skins. Valve holds the items from an accepted CS2 trade for about 7 days before delivering them, so a CS2 deposit credits when Steam releases the items rather than the moment you accept. It then credits in full: Valve's reversal window has already run by the time the skins reach us, so there is nothing left to hold back. The Deposits page shows the release date for each deposit and counts it down. Nothing is required from you in the meantime, and a security review can still pause a release. This is Steam's own trade protection, not a CaseRush hold. The items leave your inventory when you accept and Valve delivers them to the trade bot on its schedule; we cannot shorten it and neither can Steam support. Rust skins are not affected and credit as soon as the accepted trade is verified. Like every deposit, cashing out still requires meeting the standard playthrough.

Rust skins on CaseRush: You can deposit Rust skins on CaseRush to top up your CaseRush coin balance. Rust items have no CS2-style item-level Trade Protection, so an accepted and verified trade credits 100%. Steam account restrictions can still delay acceptance. Rust skins deposited here are converted to coins and cannot be withdrawn back as skins on CaseRush.

Tip: Make sure your Steam inventory is set to public and that you have a valid Steam Trade URL configured in your profile settings. If your inventory is already public and your skins still will not load, Steam is refusing our request rather than yours - crypto deposits are unaffected while that lasts.

Crypto Deposits

To deposit with cryptocurrency:

  1. Click the Deposit button and select 'Crypto'

    Choose your preferred cryptocurrency from the supported list.

  2. A unique deposit address is generated

    This address is specific to your account and deposit session.

  3. Send the exact amount to the address

    Send from your personal wallet. Do not send from an exchange that may batch transactions.

  4. Wait for blockchain confirmations

    Confirmation times depend on the network. Bitcoin typically requires 1-3 confirmations, Ethereum 12+ confirmations.

  5. Balance updates after confirmation

    Once the required number of confirmations is reached, your balance updates automatically.

Minimum and maximum amounts may vary by deposit method. The displayed limits apply to the standard deposit flow.

Referral Deposit Bonus

Players bound to a referral code receive a 5% bonus on every qualifying settled deposit, up to a maximum of $25.00 per deposit. The minimum qualifying deposit is $5.00.

Crypto and instantly final deposits are rewarded after settlement. If a Steam trade is covered by Trade Protection, the referral bonus waits until the trade becomes final so a reversed trade cannot create spendable bonus credit.

Common Issues

My skin deposit is stuck

Make sure you accepted the trade offer in Steam. If the trade was accepted but your balance hasn't updated, wait a few minutes for Steam's API to sync. If it persists, contact support.

My crypto deposit hasn't arrived

Check the transaction on a blockchain explorer to confirm it has the required number of confirmations. Bitcoin deposits require 1-3 confirmations, which can take 10-60 minutes depending on network congestion.

My items show a different value than expected

Item values are based on current market pricing, which fluctuates. The value at the time of deposit is the value applied to your balance.
