How to Withdraw

Everything you need to know about withdrawing items and funds from CaseRush.gg.

Withdrawal Methods

CaseRush.gg supports the following withdrawal methods:

Skin Withdrawals

Withdraw CS2 skins directly to your Steam account via trade offer. Availability depends on current inventory levels.

Crypto Withdrawals

Withdraw in Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, or other supported cryptocurrencies to your personal wallet.

Requirements

Before you can withdraw, you must meet the following requirements:

  1. Email verification

Your email address must be verified before any withdrawal.

  2. Steam Trade URL

For skin withdrawals, a valid Steam Trade URL must be set in your profile.

  3. KYC verification

May be required for larger withdrawal amounts or as part of routine security checks.

  4. 1x deposit playthrough

All coin deposits must be wagered 1x on house games before withdrawing. Coinflip and jackpot wagers don't count toward this; case opening, battles, crash, roulette, mines, and the upgrader all do. Sponsored balances and bonuses may carry their own playthrough on top.

Why Withdrawals May Be Delayed

Withdrawals may be delayed for several reasons:

Security or compliance review
Inventory unavailability (skin withdrawals)
Liquidity constraints (crypto withdrawals)
Blockchain network congestion
Payment provider maintenance
Account verification requirements

If your withdrawal is delayed, your request remains in the queue and will be processed as soon as conditions allow. Contact support if you need an update on a pending withdrawal.

Skin Withdrawal Steps

  1. Go to the Withdraw page

Click the Withdraw button in the navigation bar.

  2. Browse available skins

Available items depend on current platform inventory. Not all items may be available at all times.

  3. Select the items you want

Choose items up to your available balance.

  4. Confirm the withdrawal

A Steam trade offer will be sent to your account.

  5. Accept the trade offer in Steam

Open Steam and accept the trade. The items will appear in your Steam inventory.

Bot Stock and P2P Withdrawals

Bot-stock items are already held by the trade bot. Items marked P2P follow a different fulfillment path: P2P means the selected skin is not currently held by the trade bot and needs a human-arranged trade after availability is confirmed. It is an availability-backed request, not a guaranteed item reservation. If the exact selected skin cannot be sourced before an offer is sent, the request is cancelled and the full reserved site balance for that item is refunded.

Choose a bot-stock item when delivery speed matters most.
