How to Withdraw
Everything you need to know about withdrawing items and funds from CaseRush.gg.
Withdrawal Methods
CaseRush.gg supports the following withdrawal methods:
Skin Withdrawals
Withdraw CS2 skins to your Steam account by trade offer. Skins come from our own stock or from white.market sellers. The list changes with what is in stock and what sellers currently list.
Crypto Withdrawals
Withdraw in Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, or other supported cryptocurrencies to your personal wallet.
What Happens to Items I Win
A won item is not sent to Steam as it is. It goes through your Inventory first:
The item lands in your Inventory
Each item you win in a case, battle or other game is added to your Inventory. Open it from the Inventory button in the bottom bar (the Inventory tab on phones). An item in a running battle or upgrade is locked until that game finishes.
Sell it for coins
Selling pays the value the item had when you won it, credited to your coin balance. Items won in Crystal mode are free-play items and cannot be sold for coins or withdrawn.
Withdraw with coins
Withdraw spends coins. Pick a skin from the withdraw list: we send it from stock or buy it from a Market seller; or send crypto to your own wallet. The skin you take out comes from the list, so it can be a different skin than the one you won.
Requirements
Before you can withdraw, you must meet the following requirements:
Email verification
Your email address must be verified before any withdrawal.
A settled deposit
Your first withdrawal needs at least one deposit that has settled: a crypto deposit once it is confirmed, a skin deposit once the trade is received and the deposit is credited. Bonus, promo code and referral credits do not count.
Steam Trade URL
For skin withdrawals, a valid Steam Trade URL must be set in your profile.
Staff review and KYC
Larger withdrawals are reviewed by staff before they are sent, and staff may ask you to verify your identity. Identity checks can also be part of routine security checks.
1x deposit playthrough
All coin deposits must be wagered 1x on house games before withdrawing. Coinflip and jackpot wagers don't count toward this; case opening, battles, crash, roulette, mines, and the upgrader all do. Sponsored balances and bonuses may carry their own playthrough on top.

A single withdrawal of more than 220 coins, or one that would take your total withdrawals (pending ones included) past 440 coins, is reviewed by staff before it is sent, and staff may ask you to verify your identity (KYC). Both limits are in coins and apply the same way to skin and crypto withdrawals.
Skin withdrawals have no coin minimum or maximum per withdrawal; they count toward the daily limit and the staff-review thresholds.

All processing times are estimates. Actual times may vary based on operational conditions, network congestion, and security review requirements.
Why Withdrawals May Be Delayed
Withdrawals may be delayed for several reasons:
A delayed withdrawal stays open until it is delivered or refunded; the coins for it are not lost in between. Contact support if you need an update on a pending withdrawal.
Skin Withdrawal Steps
Open Withdraw
Choose Withdraw from your balance menu in the header (on wide screens it also sits next to your balance), use the Withdraw button inside your Inventory in coin mode, or go to caserush.gg/withdraw.
Browse the skin list
The list depends on what is in stock and what white.market sellers currently list. Each skin carries a source label: In stock or Market.
Select the skins you want
Choose skins up to your available coin balance. Checking availability is free; you are charged only when you confirm, and you can confirm Market skins only once a seller is found for each of them.
Confirm the withdrawal
In stock: our trade bot sends the Steam trade offer. Market: we buy the skin from a white.market seller and the seller sends the offer.
Accept the offer in Steam
In stock: the offer comes from our trade bot, SupportCaserushGG. Market: it comes from the seller's own Steam account. In both cases accept only the offer linked from your withdrawal in the Withdraw window. A withdrawal is fulfilled one way: In stock and Market skins cannot be withdrawn together, so withdraw them separately. A Market skin that cannot be bought when you confirm is not charged. Every CS2 skin you receive by trade, whoever sends it, is under Steam Trade Protection for 7 days after you accept: you can use it right away but not trade or sell it until the protection ends.
Where Withdrawn Skins Come From
Each skin in the withdraw list carries a source label. It tells you who sends the Steam trade offer and what is promised:
In stock
Skins our trade bot already holds. The bot sends the Steam trade offer itself from the account SupportCaserushGG, and that offer is linked from your withdrawal in the Withdraw window. Usually quick when the bot is online; no delivery time is promised.
Market
Skins listed by white.market sellers. We have partnered with white.market so more CS2 skins can be withdrawn. A Market skin is listed only while a seller offers it, and the Withdraw window checks the seller again before you confirm; if it can no longer be bought, you cannot confirm and nothing is charged. We buy the skin from the seller, and the seller sends the Steam trade offer to you from their own Steam account; that offer is linked from your withdrawal in the Withdraw window and is the only one to accept. Sellers promise to deliver or cancel within the window shown before you confirm; the window runs from purchase. Each skin is a separate purchase, and a skin that is not delivered is refunded on its own.
For In stock and Market skins, accept only the trade offer linked from your withdrawal in the Withdraw window. Our trade bot's Steam identity is published on the legit page; a Market offer comes from the seller's own account, so open it from the link in your withdrawal instead of checking it against the bot's name.
A withdrawal is fulfilled one way: In stock and Market skins cannot be withdrawn together, so withdraw them separately. A Market skin that cannot be bought when you confirm is not charged. An In stock withdrawal that is held for review is sent by hand and shows no linked offer; before accepting an offer for it, ask support to confirm the sender.
